But of course guys apart, we don't really have much time to go look around for life partners you know!!! The pharmacy course is killing me slowly. So much to study in so little time. Sighs...

She's back again!!!

Hi everyone (sounds like so many ppl when it’s actually just Van and Tze Min. Haha..)! I’m back again…after for like 3 weeks of my last post in this blog =) Well, actually wanted to jot down something earlier on but I was pretty busy with projects last few weeks. Usually when I’m busy with something, I wouldn’t want to spend time on blogging cos I knew the fact that I will just end up writing for like 2-3 lines only. Can’t think of anything to write when my mind is so packed with stuff. So I need time where I don’t really have anything to do and not to worry that I have some other project that haven’t completed. Example of right time is right now. ;-)

I saw both of you gals took some effort to scribble something in here which gave me some excitement to keep this blog alive even though all of us may be busy will our own stuff and responsibilities.

Today was my last day of presentation. After this I will have one week of study week and next…EXAM!!! Glad that this sem I only have 3 written exam papers. Some of my subjects only involve projects. So no exam. In fact, I will even have my sem break earlier than the school scheduled since I only have to sit for 3 papers in 2 weeks compared to some other courses in my school.

Hey, you gals know what…I learnt something new these few days!! I learnt how to make a movie using Window Movie Maker. Wish that I could post the video in this blog. After I’m done with this post, I will see if I can include the video in this blog. It’s my first video!! I know that it may sound something very normal to you all but not to me, I guess. It’s like an achievement to me!! Well…it won’t be anymore when I have to do it regularly. It would be a pain then… Haha…

Oh yaa Van, to answer your question…well yeah…I grew thinner and prettier now. Haha…what a thick-skinned person. No lar..Christine will always remain the same. Nothing changed. Neither internal nor external. As for your another question (when I'm going back to Malacca) I guess it would be somewhere in early Oct. Even though the whole Sept is actually part of my sem break, but I dun plan to go back. Firstly is that of course I planned to work. Hehe.. Secondly, I intend to ask my parents to come into Singapore in Sept. I want to bring them around Singapore since it has been quite a while they had not come to here. I wouldn't want them to come in when I'm having school. So holiday is the right time! Thirdly, I'm in progress of learning sign language. Still in beginner level. Surprised huh? I'm sure you gals gonna ask why on Earth would I want to learn it? Well...there's no really main reason for it. I guess it's just my interest. =) Don't ask me again why I take this course k! I hate it when ppl question me so much on what I do. To me, as long as it is not an offence to anybody and did not cause any burden to anyone, there's nothing wrong committing into something that people may not consider doing it. =) So...my beginner level will only end somewhere in the middle of Sept. So I can't go back Malacca until I completed that level. Lastly, I'm also on one month skating lesson now for every weekends (Sat & Sun). Well..since I have to attend the skating lesson, I can't really work for one month. This lead to my first reason to why I want to work in Sept. I need to reserve some money for my schooling and also my outside courses and activities. =)


Okay…I’m quite tired now since I had duty from 12-7 pm just now. I was on duty for an event organised by my school. Some sort of Sports Day. But it’s just a running only. It’s called Poly 50. Why 50? Because every participating groups will have to run 50 rounds. Every round is 600m. Some sort of a relay kind of running. Okay, I’m gonna stop here since I can’t think of anything else to write anymore. Hope that we will keep everybody updated will stuff going on around us since it seems that for time being this is the only way for us to keep update abt everybody. =)

Vanessa's Posting on First Week in IMU

Hello my darlings! Hahaaa.. Yea, IMU stands for International Medical University. Oh, christine.! How I long to see you once again? Have you grown thinner, prettier? When you coming back? I hope soon enough. Eeeeeeee, Puan Vijaya didn't ask me to escort oso. TT Yea I heard that my junoirs in my school got their awards, without actually completing finishing it. But they got it from Johor, we get it from Sabah. At least we got to fly! LOL. Hehehe..

Just an update, the people here in my university seems all so... SMART? and I being the... erm... not so hardworking one have to change my plans and start being like a smart ass too. Oh well, I've meet nice people here, though not really the ones that staying in the same apartment as me. I met friends that travel to classes from various parts of KL. And yea,, TZE MIN, got lots of leng chai for u to meet. But erm some aare....HAHAHHAA. Okay. I shall not mention here. How I wish you were here Tze Min. Then we can go classes together. Hmmm, well the campus here is actually very nice. Not really just one small building as you see outside. They are practically expanding and it's getting really niceerrrr. Hehehe.. I still haven't get used to the people here, everyone wears formal clothes. Guys and girls, which makes it hard for me to dress up in the morning. I have not many formal clothes you see! Hahaaa.. Okayla so since Christine can't really read, I MAKE THE FONT BIGGER. Hehe.

So, please tell me that we are really going Genting this end of the year? I'm really looking forward to it. Yea, I was told that we need to book at least more than one month earlier. My mum can help us to book, maybe for a cheaper rate. HEHE. So, who else is going so far? ME, YOU, and Tze Min, Rachel.. I can't remember who else. Let me know. So should i just book one room and we all share share sempit? Hehee.. Christine, got any leng chai or(BF) you wan to bring to genting not? ehehe.. Okayla.. I gotta go. Whoa Christine...You're in one of your good mood aren't you? You sounds so happy..haha..Glad to hear you're really enjoying your campus life, it sounds really fun to me. I'm loving it here in UCSI too (stands for University College Sedaya International). Eventhough I haven't join any society or club or cca or whatever in particular, there's really alot of things to keep me busy. But I like being busy, it gives you a purpose right?


Since Van can't really blog much now for her campus don't have a internet connection, I'll just answer your question for her. Well IMU stands for International Medical University (ya...I know sounds very yeng), but I don't like there cause got no shops around :x Poor Vanny, but she still come to see me often for my campus is not that far from her and besides, she has got some free transport system (coughs coughs...)

Thinking back on our Queen guides days really, yea of course I still remember the whole-day rushing that we did in Pn V's house (remember the glass flowers that you broke Christine??) and not to mention crying and condemning Pn Nik or whoever that tested us during the Bengkel Pesuruhjaya time. But but..the best memories is still when we were actually sitting in that aeroplane that's fully sponsored and flying on our way to Sabah...Aaahh...the memories... It's sad to hear that Queen guides is of lower standards now. 100??? Are you kidding me??

But nevermind, at least i've got my fond memories to keep.

Back to my campus life. Well lectures have been really tough. I'm studying like everyday is a major exams, it is that bad, and also because my classmates are really like a bunch of kiasu people (can fight with your singaporean classmates wei..). But studies aside, I've met a bunch of really interesting friends. They're a funny bunch I tell you. And and...near my campus here got the biggest pasar malam in the whole of Malaysia (that's what I hear lah!) and it's really really long...selling alot of things . I think it will take me the whole of 4 years here to try everything out. haha!

well, basically i'm super damn busy woman now (ooppsss...should be lady. sounds nicer. hehe..). you gals might thought that i'm pretty busy with my part-time job which actually IS NOT. i rarely work anymore now. if i even get to work once a week, it's already considered a blessing to me. well, besides the fact that tons and tons of assiggnments plus projects (which i'm used to it already and as usual..everything last minute completion) i also took out one cca in my this 2nd year.

CCA ---> co-curricular activities.

hey! when mentioned abt last minute completion right, it reminds me back to our queen guides day. not really something that we should proud off (i mean all the last minute attitude we had) but i really miss those days where we get together most of the time. it was like we became sisters to each other!! oh oh...talk abt queen guides, did you gals hear or heard anything abt this year (07/08) queen guides award ceremony??!! it was at johor. puan vijaya and puan sio actually asked me if i can actually escort this year queen guides throughout the whole ceremony. but i can't since i have presentation on that week. if only i don't have any presentation on that day, i sure will accept that offer. =(
so, did puan vijaya call you gals abt it? puan sio told me that if they can't get me to go, they might ask you and tze min whether can go or not.
what surprised me was that this year they have over hundred girls receiving the queen guides award from the queen. and worst, some of them haven't even totally completed their test!! they are taking it at johor few days before they going to receive the award. sounds funny (or in fact weird) huh??! well, actually puan sio told me how this kind of thing can happen. but i can't write it off at here. it's a racist issue. well, i think u all can roughly guess what is it about right??! if cannot, then the next time when i see you gals remind me to say it out abt it.

So, back to my cca topic, it's called SPARC!!

SPARC ---> Singapore Polytechnic Ambossador Relation Corps.

Sounds cool huh?! well...it is!! i love this cca so much that i decided to change my earlier on promise which i made in 1st year that i will never take up any cca in poly life. haha...see how great this cca can cause me to let go of the promise i made!
SPARC, what we do is generally ushering during any event held within the school. we are also representative of Singapore Polytechnic. it some sort of grand and prestigious cca. not easy to get into this cca too. i went through two interviews and finally i am under 2 months of probation now. wahh i tell you gals something...this cca is super damn active in outing. can say that almost every week will have an outing. but sometimes may not be outing but training. this kind of cca requires high professionalism. so the seniors actually arrange a lot of traning (or what they call deportment) class for junior. worst is that we have to join or attend any of the outing they organised for us. they actually apply merit and demerit system into the cca. sounds strict huh? but of course if got valid reason then they won't give demerit points la.. haha...
lucky thing now i don't stay with my parents anymore. if not then very difficult for me to give commitment to this kind of cca. you know my parents la..don't really support this kind of thing. but now that i stay with my aunt, i can do almost anything that i like. last time when still new, my sis set a lot of rules to me. one of it is that i cannot reach home after 10 pm. but now, i even reach home at 2am bcos of my work and they can't do anything with it. so even though i don't go to work, i can still go back late as long as not too late. last time i dun have the house key mah... but now i own a set of the house key. so MERDEKA dy!! haha...

i still have another one and a half month of school to go before i can get to enjoy my 6 weeks of semester break. gosh....can't wait for my coming holiday.
seriously, i've been sleeping very little number of hours nowadays. in fact, this few days i kept on missing my first class of the day since i can't wait up in the morning. and my eye-circled getting worst!! haih...

i felt terribly sad that i can't go back malacca during weekend. my mum just informed me that durian and rambutan back at my grandma house is fruiting. sad enough to tell my mum that i can't go back until my holiday which will be in sept. =(

by the way, i'm really looking forward for our december trip!!
VAN!! my aunt said that if want to stay over at genting, we need to book the hotel room. especially we are going in dec. high occupancy rate! maybe you may even have to book earlier like one month (i guess. i don't really know abt it also.) so,are you going to deal with it or you wan me to help you with that? i dun mind cos i can just ask my aunt or even my sis to help me with that. so you just tell me if you need any of my help k~

well, i guess i'm gonna stop here. can't think of anything else to write.. =P

p/s to van and tze min: the next time when you gals post any blog, enlarge the font pls. although i got perfect eyesight, if you gals maintain the font like now, i guess sooner or later you gals will be seeing me in optical shop choosing glasses!!!

Tze Min's turn to post...

Sorry for not updating for soooo soooooooo long (the same goes for you too Vanny!). Well actually i've created another blog elsewhere but i'm still gonna pen things down here once in a while.

So...what's been happening to me? I'm finally in UCSI doing pharmacy, and well it isn't as fun as SAM i have to admit, but i have to get used to it anyway. Classes are way bigger now, and lecturers seems to drone on and on forever (they don't seems to have any sense of humour by the way). But besides that things are really great here. I've met quite a number of interesting people and the place here is rather nice.

Oh, and about your plans for Genting at the end of this year. When are we actually gonna go then?

The return of Christine...

hey gals! how's life? well...as for me, i am still alive(that's for sure!). my schedule became more and more pack. class only finish at 5pm except wednesday. but of course there some of the days which i will have quite long break in between my lessons. But monday and tuesday are the worst as i only have one hour break from 9/10 am all the way to 5pm. monday to friday busy with lessons and homeworks. while weekends, i have to work all day. so eventually i don't really have any free day. sounds tiring huh?! but i guess i'm used to it.

tze min, how are you there?! the last time i talked to you was in msn. and you replied me for like 15 minutes for every sentences i sent to you. i wondered whether is it that connection problem or you are slowcoach! haha.. anyway, remembered that i told you that i am getting use to singapore?! well...i don't mean that i am starting to forget all my friends in malacca. it's just that i feel that it is good that i can get use to the people and the atmosphere here. actually it's quite difficult if i keep on disliking the place and people here. so i guess i just have to accept that living in different places will give me different kind of people and i just have to bear with it...

vanny, how are you there in college or uni?! i also not sure abt it. the last time i remembered that you accepted the offer to take something like chemical engineering course if i'm not mistaken. so how's the course there??! ok ok...let's just not talk about study. how about any hot guys in your class??! haha..that sounds more interesting. sometimes having hot guys around us is good in the sense that these hot guys are the motivation for us to go to school. haha..may not motivates some girls (e.g tze min) but to me, yes! haha..
wanna know one thing?! this sem, i have to take one elective subject. i choosed the one interest me a lot but the problem is that the class is super damn far from my faculty (school of business). the elective subject i choosed is mathematical games and puzzles which is under school of maths and science. the distance is so far which is like from my old school(gbs) to notre damn. although it's not that far but i have to climb a lot of stairs to reach that place!! everytime when i reach the class, i will be sweating all over my body. BUT....bcos there is one this guy(who i think is gorgeous) is in the same class with me, i put all my effort to attend all the lessons!! although we don't talk to each other or even know each other(the reason is bcos we are not in the same group), but seeing his face really satisfy me a lot. haha... so that's how a hot guy can really motivates me to attends all my lesssons without any miss! ;-)

Another year...

Bahh..Christine is doing her thing again. So..i haven’t been blogging for quite some time ya. Seems to be getting lazier and bored with my life after SAM.

The 3 of us (me, vanny and Christine that is) finally managed to meet during this Chinese new year. Not much have change I guess, Christine is still full of spicy stories and also lame jokes; Vanny is still as chirpy as ever even when she is faced with so many problems (tough girl); and I’m as boring as ever..Hahah. So we went to meet our dear Guider Pn. Vijaya with Rachel as well, what a nice way to celebrate Chinese new year by catching up with each other and just talk and talk and talk (got eat also lah!). Vanny got her licence now, and she seems determine to improve her driving by driving us around. There were the usual aaahh!!! and whoaaa!!! as we cruise around in her red car. Oh what excitement.

It seems that we are all rather free now since me and vanny is in the in-between-college to university-period, and Christine is having her break now. But sadly, I’m working for daddy and Christine might be going back to the island earlier to earn more Dollars (you greedy girl..)Until the time we meet then!
